Welcome to Samarth Hydro Tools

We are having experience of more than 15 years in machine building Industries & Ship repair yard, in India & Overseas. from last five years we have started own organization known as M/s SAMARTH HYDRO TOOLS.

We have started the manufacturing of pipe bending toolings. For quality bends, we are manufacturing Flexible Ball mandrels, Bending dies, Wiper Dies, Pressure Dies & Clamp Dies for various materials such as MS, SS, Titanium, CUNI, CU Pipe materials for Automobile, Boiler, Shipping & Furniture applications.

Also we are manufacturing Tube bending tooling for1D (D/T.>=9) for booster bending machine for Boiler purpose & we will assure the oviiality & thinning should be as per IBR requirement.

We also undertake reconditioning of all types of Tube Bending machines & we can provide service for trouble shooting. Also we undertake new development jobs of bending for all types of tubes & also we can arrange for training.

We are experts in Errection & Commissioning of heavy duty Hydraulic presses like deep draw presses, Powder compacting presses, Moulding presses & Hydro forming presses.

We are undertaking reconditioning & modification of Hydraulic machines & also manufacturing of Hydraulic all types of power packs; Cylinders & High pressure Intensifiers & fittings as per your requirements.

We can provide service for trouble shooting of any Hydraulic systems.

We supply all types of Hydraulic Pumps, Hydraulic Valves, Heat Exchangers, Filter Elements, High Pressure Hoses, Fittings, Accumulators, Hydraulic Seals rings & all Hydraulic accessories as per requirement.

Also we can repair the piston pumps.

We have experience in ship repair yard & we have knowledge of Marine Hydraulics & we are undertaking maintenance of Windlass Hydraulic systems for vessel anchoring & Hydraulic steering systems for vessels & Hydraulic overhead cranes for vessels, Hydraulic Ballast Valves.
